A New Way to Reserve a Meeting Room

Do you use the meeting rooms at the Library? If you've requested use of a meeting room using the online reservation form, a change is coming! We will be implementing a new meeting room/conference room request service by the end of March 2018. This change effects how users locate and request an available rooms and equipment.
The policy for requesting, staff approval etc., remains the same.
This new software will be available after March 29, 2018.
Key differences with this new service:
- Users who prefer to use the self-service option will need a login. With this login, users can track pending, approved, and past reservations. Users may edit or cancel reservations as well update/edit user information such as phone number or email address.
- Users who do not wish to create an account need to contact 337-721-7147 or their local branch for assistance with requesting use.
- The monthly calendar has been replaced with the new Search for a Space option in which users begin the search with a date and time in mind for the use of the room.
- The link has changed so if you’ve bookmarked the online form, you'll need to visit the meeting room webpage at http://www.calcasieulibrary.org/services/meeting-rooms to re-bookmark the Reservation Request form link.
