A Unique Movie Experience!

If you've ever wanted to see a movie in a unique setting, look no further than Movies Under the Stars!

Each Fall and Spring season, the Police Jury shows all styles of movies under a star-filled Friday or Saturday evening at sundown in Prien Lake Park. The best thing about these events is that it's totally free to watch the event.  Patrons are encouraged to bring their blankets or chairs out early (around 7pm) to claim a good spot in the park to watch some of the silver screen's finest films from recent blockbusters to timeless classic pictures.
