When and why are W-9 Forms necessary?
A W-9 Form is required when payments are made to individuals and unincorporated companies that have provided goods or services. This provides us information for submitting our 1099s at year-end.
How do I change my vendor information?
You may change or update your vendor information by submitting a new W-9 Form.
Why did I receive a 1099?
Payments greater than $600 you receive from us for services throughout the course of the year are considered taxable. You should present the 1099 form to your tax preparer when filing your income taxes. If you feel you have received a 1099 in error, please call (337) 721-3650.
When will my invoice be paid?
Checks are generally mailed on Friday after an invoice has been approved and processed.
