Tony Stelly is serving his first term as Police Juror of District 10.  Tony and his wife, Pam, have 2 sons Ryan and Travis.  Tony has been employed by Stine Lumber Company for the past 20 years.  He is a member of St. Raphael Catholic Church, where he serves as a lector, and chairman of the Church Bazaar, he has also served on St. Raphael Catholic  Church Council. He is a member and an officer of the Knights of Columbus, Council #3006.  Tony has served as an officer and coach for the Iowa Youth Football League as well as the Iowa Dixie Youth Baseball League. 

Tony enjoys fishing, hunting and boating in his spare time.  He also enjoys cooking and relaxing with family and friends.  

Committees: Public Works, Ways and Means, Agenda, Budget, Litter Abatement and Solid Waste, Parishwide Drainage Liaison, Special Service Districts Review, Ambulance Regulatory, and Wastewater Study.

Mr. Stelly represents District 10, which is all of Ward 2 and includes Bell City, Hayes, and Holmwood; all of Ward 8 including Iowa and LeBleu Settlement.
