Annual Rabies Clinic - Saturday, April 13, 2002
 

March 22,  2002

 

The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury Animal Control and Protection Department is having their annual rabies clinic on Saturday, April 13, 2002.  Dog and Cat owners may get their animal’s rabies vaccination at a reduced rate of $7.00, which includes a certificate of vaccination and a parish license tag.  The tag must be worn on the animal as required by City and Parish Ordinances.  Vaccinations will be administered by licensed Louisiana Veterinarians.

 

All dogs and cats must be over the age of 3 months and must be leashed, harnessed, or in a carry cage.  Locations for the rabies clinic are as follows:

 

Lake Charles Clinics         1:00pm – 4:00pm

 

J.D. Clifton Elementary – North Prater St. South of Opelousas St.

College Oaks Elementary – Corner of Ernest St. and West School St.

Oak Park Middle – Corner of Oak Park Blvd. and Fifth Ave.

Fairview Middle – Highway 14 South of Lowes

R.D. Molo Middle – Corner of Medora and North Simmons St.

St. John Elementary – Weaver Rd. South of Country Club Rd.

 

Sulphur Clinics         1:00pm – 4:00pm

 

Sulphur City Hall – North Huntington St.

Frasch Elementary – South Huntington St.

 

          Parish Clinics           1:00pm – 4:00pm
