The
Police Jury, at its regular meeting on July 10,
2003, approved the solicitation of a
Request-for-Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/RFP) for
professional preliminary design services for Prien
Lake Park.
“The
goal of the RFQ/RFP is to seek creative design
proposals for the expanded Prien Lake Park property
which incorporate park elements recommended by the
citizen task force appointed by the Police Jury,”
commented Bryan Beam, Assistant Administrator.

Task Force Report
Completed proposals are to be submitted no later
than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2003
to the Office of the Parish Administrator located on
the second floor of the Parish Government Building
(1015 Pithon Street, Lake Charles, Louisiana).
