The
Calcasieu Parish Police Jury has recently launched
its new and improved website. Bryan Beam,
Assistant to the Administrator says that "The
revamped site has been designed with an emphasis on
visual appeal and ease of navigation."
From the
home page, visitors can click onto any number of
services from how to get a beer and liquor permit to
how to adopt a pet. Some items of importance
on the site include a quick reference section, a Police Juror
phone list, a meeting calendar, meeting minutes and
agendas, maps, and an organizational chart.
There is also a section including a search engine that contains Calcasieu Parish's Code of
Ordinances. Forms can now be downloaded, such
as a park rental agreement or a job application.
A constituent an easily locate which district they
live in simply by accessing any of the online
detailed Police Jury district maps.
