The
Calcasieu Parish Police Jury Government Access
Channel, channel 63 in Lake Charles and 14 in
Sulphur on the Cox Communication cable systems,
currently allows citizens to view local, state, and
other governmental and public affairs programming.
Beginning August 26,
2003, the Government Channel will broadcast live a
number of forums conducted by the League of Women
Voters. All forums listed below will be held in the
Police Jury meeting room, 1015 Pithon Street, Lake
Charles, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and are open
to the public.
