The Administrative Staff of the
Police Jury will
present the proposed budget for 2003
to the Police Jury Budget Committee on
Thursday, November 21, 2002, at 4:30p.m. in
Courtroom A of the Parish Courthouse.
The Budget Committee
will hold a public hearing on the proposed 2003
budget on Thursday,
December 5, 2002, at 5:00p.m. in Courtroom A.
Final adoption of the proposed 2003 budget
is scheduled for Thursday, December 19, 2002, at
5:30p.m. in Courtroom A.
