Small District 4Tony Guillory is currently serving his third term as the District 4 Police Juror. Mr. Guillory is the owner and operator of Royalty Limousine, doing business for 12 years in the Southwest Louisiana area. A life-long resident of Lake Charles, Mr. Guillory is a graduate of Washington High School. He is currently employed by Don Harris State Farm Insurance Company.

Mr. Guillory is a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Lake Charles. He is a member of Family and Friends of Louisiana Incarcerated Children (FFLIC), Foreman-Reynaud Community Center Board of Directors, Knights of Peter Claver #141, League of Women Voters, and the Rotary Club of Opelousas. He is an American Red Cross Volunteer. He was also very instrumental in hurricane recovery efforts following Hurricane Rita.

Mr. Guillory served from 2004 to 2008 as a member of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury representing District 4 and was re-elected for the 2012-2016 term. During his tenure on the Police Jury, he served as an active member of various Police Jury Committees as well as liaison to numerous special service districts, boards and agencies throughout the Parish. On the State level, Mr. Guillory is an at large member of the Executive Board of the Police Jury Association of Louisiana as well as Vice President of the Black Caucus of the Louisiana Police Jury Association. Mr. Guillory was also a member of the Community Development Committee and the Criminal Justice Committee.

On the national level, Tony is the Treasurer of the National Association of Black County Officials (NABCo) and serves on the NABCo Legislative Committee and as a member-at-large on the Executive Board of NABCo. He's also a member of the National Association of Counties (NACo) and serves as a member of the Community and Economic Development Steering Committee. With his re-election to the Police Jury, Mr. Guillory looks forward to resuming his affiliation with all of these state and national committees and organizations.

Guillory states: "Public service and helping others has become an integral part of my life. I know where I came from, what I stand for, and I will not forget those who need help for a better quality of life. In addition, I have an excellent working relationship with all of the other local elected officials and my colleagues on the Police Jury."
