Apply for culvert permits with the Permit Office on the 3rd Floor of the Parish Government Building, 1015 Pithon Street, Lake Charles.

Applicants will need to provide their mailing address and property location for culvert installation.  A $100.00 non-refundable fee will be collected at time of application.  The fee can be paid by cash or personal check.
