Via Interstate 10

• Take the Cameron /Chloe Exit off I-10. Go north off the interstate on Pujol Road to the intersection.

• At the intersection, take a right (east) onto River Road. Go approximately one (1) mile and the entrance to the park is on the left opposite Charles Breaux Road.

Via LA Highway 171

• On LA Highway 171 at the red light between the Calcasieu River Bridge and the English Bayou Bridge, turn east onto LA Highway 3059 (Old Town Road).

• Continue on LA Highway 3059 approximately three (3) miles. When LA Highway 3059 turns south, continue straight onto River Road.

• Follow River Road approximately one (1) mile to park entrance located on the left opposite Charles Breaux Road

• Boat Launch: White Oak Park has a public boat launch into the Calcasieu River. A fishing wharf is available for public use.

• Camping: This park has tent camp sites and seven (7) RV camper sites with electricity available. Rental rates for tent sites without electricity included is $4.00 per night. RV camper sites with electricity are available for $12.00 per night. Length of stay is limited to fourteen (14) continuous days. Payment is made to resident parkkeeper and will be collected at beginning of stay. No reservations are accepted for camping facilities. Rental of tent sites and RV sites are on a first-come/first-serve basis. Dump station available for RV owners.

• Playground: Playground center with many fun features.

• Picnic: Picnic tables spread throughout park with BBQ pits. An open air pavilion with electricity is available for public use. There is no charge for rental of this pavilion. No reservations are required. Use of this facility is on a first come/first serve basis.

• Pavilion: A new, Acadian style is now available at White Oak Park. This pavilion has air/heat, 25 - 8 foot folding tables, 200 chairs, refrigerator and stove. The meeting hall measures 47'x36' and the kitchen /restroom area 19'x40' (2,452 sq ft) and accommodates approximately 200 people. This pavilion is rented on a daily basis from 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM (one hour after midnight). Cost of rental for the large White Oak Park Pavilion is $300.00 for pavilion plus a $100.00 refundable clean-up fee for a total cost of $400.00. Clean-up fee is refundable all or in part depending on how much renter cleans building. NO BOILED CRAWFISH/SHRIMP/CRABS OR FISH FRIES ALLOWED IN THIS PAVILION.  No commercial or fund raising activities are allowed at this building.

• This pavilion must be reserved in person at the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury Facility Management Office at 1015 Pithon Street, Lake Charles, Louisiana, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
