Park Hours:

  • 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Directions:

  • Via Interstate 210

  • Take the Nelson Road exit south to the red light at West Prien Lake Road. Turn right on West Prien Lake Road and continue to the intersection.

  • Turn right and proceed approximately 1/4 mile down Prien Lake Road towards 210.

  • Turn left at Kiwanis Drive.  This road leads directly into the park.

Facilities:

  • Public Restrooms

  • Boat Launch: LaFleur (210) Park has a public boat launch located on the north side of I-210. Follow road underneath the bridge.

  • Swimming: LaFleur (210) Park has a public beach located on the south side of I-210.  Swimming is allowed at beach area only, not at parish boat launch located on north side.

  • Parking: Parking is available at both beach and boat launch areas. No overnight camping or parking is allowed.

  • Picnic: Picnic tables are spread throughout the beach area. There is one covered open air pavilion with four picnic tables on a concrete slab.  No reservations are required for this pavilion.  Use of this building is based on a first com/first serve basis.

  • Gate Fees: During the summer months, a $1.00 gate fee is required for use of the public beach.  Boat launch users may enter without paying the fee if they have a boat and trailer attached to their vehicle.  Otherwise, the $1.00 fee will be collected.  Should you leave the park, you will be required to pay $1.00 to re-enter the park. No commercial or fund raising activities are allowed at this park.

  • All animals are prohibited from LaFleur (210) Beach. A dog training area has been created South of the boat launch and is designated with signage.

  • For questions regarding Parish Parks, please call (337) 721-3540, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

  • No commercial or fund raising activities are allowed at these buildings.
