1. Dial 9-1-1

2. Give the operator the following information:

• Your Name
• Your Address
• Your Nearest Cross Street
• Your Telephone Number

3. Tell the operator what the emergency is

4. Wait for questions or instructions

5. Do not hang up until the operator tells you to
