New Employee Orientation Program
The
purpose of the New Employee Orientation Program is to help new hires
become acquainted with key policies and procedures of the Calcasieu
Parish Police Jury. Consequently, the structuring of the
orientation program is designed in such a manner to:

Truly
welcome new employees to the organization. |

Help
new employees feel secure, "fit in" and get off to a good start
by understanding the organization's culture and core values. |

3.

Provide critical information and resources to new employees in a
timely and appropriate manner. |

4. |
Teach
essential safety and job skills done at the work site. |
|
5.
|
Help
new employees become independently productive as soon as
possible. |
