Funeral Leave
Absence due
to death of someone in an employee's immediate family will be excused
and paid up to a maximum of three business days: the day before
the funeral, the day of the funeral, and the day after the funeral
depending on the relationship of the deceased to the employee. |

Jury Duty / Civil Leave
If an employee is called to court jury duty,
or summoned to Court as a witness, they will be paid their regular
salary or wage. However, they will be expected to report to work
if a reasonable amount of time remains during their workday. In
addition, they must submit a copy of their court summons to their
immediate supervisor and the Human Resources Department. |
