• Responsible for the personnel administration of Police Jury employees

• Administers the hiring, processing, and orientation of new employees

• Provide advice on employment matters to the Police Jury and related departments

• Monitor personnel policies as they relate to the organization and its employees

• Provide training regarding personnel matters, and coordinate counseling services for our employees through an Employee Assistance Program
